4 kids 3 and under O'my!

Well we had a vist from Lily and Alayna on saturday. We had so much fun with them. Robert was in charge of Alayna and I think that he got the easier end of the deal as you see in the pictures. We decorated cookies and turned a couch into a boat and lucy was the alagator. Polar express was in the mix. With out it Paxton has a nervous break down these days. He literly watches it about 3 times a day. The cookie decorating did get a little messy but was well worth it by seeing how much fun they had. Thanks for the visit girls, come back anytime!

Cookie Exchange!

What better way to spend a Saturday morning then with good food, good treats, and great girl friends! The brunch food was so yummy along with all the good Christmas treats we shared. We also had a ortiment exchange which we did the way that you can take away another persons. Everyone seemed to play very nice except Mari ;). Haha. Thanks again to Pattie for hosting the event in her beautiful home. Hope you all have a very YUMMY Christmas!

Rachel Ray

Well I recieved a Christmas gift a little early this year from Robert. A cookbook and book signing of Rachel Ray. I love her new show so it was a special treat and suprize. She also took the time to take a pic with the boys and I. She then told one of the workers "she can do what she wants she has her hands full" haha. She seemed very nice and we really enjoyed it. A big thanks for Nat for going with us. The help was much needed to make this outing a sucsess!

Bath time!

We all know Paxton loves the water. That includes baths and showers. No one here gets to take one without Paxton hopping in at some point. So the otherday he was getting up from his nap and I had his water running. I was also changing little brothers diaper. Well I guess I was not fast enough for him because he took it upon himself to climb on in diper and shirt and all! The things our little spiderman will do.

Chocolate!

Yes Peyton had his first taste of chocolate ice cream. The great weakness of all who dwell in this house. He taste something different almost everyday thanks to his big brother. The other day he thought it was time to have a chicken nugget. So I turned around and there was Peyton gumming it pieces.

Rupp... to be continued in March! ; )

Well we had a very busy day after Thanksgiving. Not only did I dare to head out to Kohls at 5am the basketball team played at Rupp that night at 10:00! Amazingly though Paxton stayed up past his 8:00 and I am done bed time to see all the excitment. He really enjoyed running on the floor, you would have thought he owned the place. Which will be true in about tweenty years when he is the starter for the Kentucky Wildcat Basketball team : ). Peyton also enjoyed the game but was more interested in his book and the bright lights. We all had great time and we won so that made it even sweater. Now we just have to bet there in March and then it would be double sweat with a cherry on top! SO go Colts!

Thanksgiving

Well we had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving. We all ate way to much except for maybe Peyton. Paxton we discovered loves gravey and will eat it alone with a spoon if we would let him! The boys loved cheering on their cowboys even though the game was not to exciting. After the boys headed to bed we played cards with Rob and Nat who proceeded to kick our backside at rook. (Thats ok though I'm sure there will be a rematch).
We have so much to be thankfull for but most of all our two boys. They may be dificult now and then (even befor they were here) but they are so precious to us and they are such a wonderful gift.

Christmas pictures

Well it was a adventure but we managed to get a few cute pictures of the boys. The family one was not decided till that morning to take and they did not turn out that great. I was so mad the photographer did not say hey your bangs are in your face but o'well that's what you get when you have peyton pulling at your hair : ). You may also notice there are only a few in the outfit change. Both boy had decided they had enough!

Can you believe that it is even time for Christmas pictures! My how time flies. So much happens in a year and make that two years for us! We are so happy to have them here though and I would not change anything about it. Yes there are days of craziness and yes getting them ready for pictures was maddness, but when I look at their sweet smileing faces I know they were the greatest gifts ever!

P.S.
Just to set minds at ease no babies baking for 2009 haha.

Doctor visits

Wow! It is so amazing how fast time goes. Peyton had his four month check-up today and paxton was a little late but had his fiffteen month check-up aswell. They are both doing great! I will start with Peyton... He is now 25.5 inches tall and weighs 14pounds and 15ounces. He is such a big boy! The doctor said to go ahead and give him rice cearal because of his huge appatite. Paxton got a gold star aswell! He now weighs 26pounds and 9ounces and is just a little over 33inches tall! The doctor was shocked at the fact that he is not a fruit eater but prefers veagtables. He also said to keep up the milk (that he drinks like crazy) that it is alot better then fruit juice anyway. He also said that Pax is right on track with his speach. He now says mom mom, daddy, bubba, bath, more, hi, bye, and a few other things that we understand but im not sure everyone would : ).
They also went to vote yesterday! Pax of course insisted on pushing atleast one button.
So to sum it all up we have two healthy boys and we are very thankful for them. They may get a little hyped up sometimes but they are our little blessings and we love them dearly!

Halloween

Well Paxton had his first official trick or treat and he loved it! Walking downtown was so much fun for him and made him feel like such a big boy decked out in his spiderman costume. Sad thing is he climbs everything like he really is!
Peyton decided to hang out in his colt costume with Rob and Nat to help hand out candy. He seemed to really be enjoying himself when we got back. Probably because he was not having to fight off his brother!
